Method of Use:

The recommended period of use is a minimum of 3 months to achieve desired effects.

Recommended Daily Intake:

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 sprays every 5 minutes for 15 minutes (i.e., a total of 6 sprays per dose, 3 times daily – total 18 sprays).

Children aged 4 to 12 years: 3 sprays, 3 times daily – total 9 sprays.

Children under 4 years: Only after consulting a doctor or specialist.
